Come meet the team behind Titan Project.

Our team

Say “hello” to our team with some of our loved ones in tow!

Tyler LeGear

Founder of Titan Project. Father (“Papa”). Physiotherapist. Brother of Mark LeGear. Teacher. Persistent. Dedicated. Loves Coffee and Octopuses. Follower of the 7 days a week, 365 days a year Work-out Plan. No longer pretends he will be able to learn a musical instrument but trains daily on calisthenics to become a ninja.

Tyler has worked for ten years as a private practice physiotherapist in the Cowichan Valley, treating a wide array of conditions and supporting clients in their transition back to work, sport, and life.

Tyler is passionate about the uniqueness of each individual and the complex role that our nervous system plays in successful recovery, physically and mentally. Education and individual empowerment guide Tyler's treatment methodology.

Alex Gerwing

Actual dog mom. Physiotherapist. Not related to a LeGear. Clever. Passionate. Musical. Loves good food and good wine. Loves to run, hike and workout (to justify the aforementioned food and wine).

Alex is an exercise based physiotherapist who believes in rehabilitating a limb with a holistic approach. Jeremy Nehme

Dog dad to “Queen Mila” and “One-brain-cell Roo.” Physiotherapist. Avid hiker, and someone who loves sports and challenges. Prefer tea and can’t stand the taste of coffee. On a journey of becoming a speedy runner and learning to climb, among other things. Has a chronic habit of tackling DIY projects that he should probably leave to others. If his white shirt is still white it’s because he hasn't worn it yet.

Jeremy is a new physiotherapist joining the team (as you can tell from the image on the right, he is pretty great). He was born and raised in Ottawa and is now making the move from Prince George to the Cowichan Valley where he will start off his career, aiming to help others while continuing his professional development. He has previously worked as a fitness coach and has an “exercise and education first” approach to things, using other techniques as support. He believes our mind is a valuable tool at our disposal that we can use to improve both our mental and physical health.

Cameron Chow

Diligent. Passionate. Caring. Student. Loves coffee and dogs. Once was a runner up in a talent show.

Cameron, one of the original members of our team, has transitioned from his role as an administrator to a Registered Massage Therapist. He is thrilled to get going to support you in your wellness journey!

Cameron strives to offer a personable connection to anyone he has the opportunity to meet. Whether a stranger or a friend, Cameron is sure to greet them with a kind hello and a smile.

Kirsty McNally

Optimistic. Outgoing. Nature enthusiast. Secretly a gamer. Lover of tea.

Having moved around a lot when she was younger, Kirsty has now settled down in the beautiful Cowichan Valley where she resides with her family and Noah’s Ark of animals which include, but are not limited to: two dogs- Bear and Riley, a sassy bearded dragon named Spyro, leopard gecko named Maple, and two crazy yet loving polydactyl cats named Saffron and Mia.

Kirsty has always been inspired to want to make a difference in the lives of people with regard to the medical health field. She attained an honors certificate as a medical transcriptionist and healthcare documentation specialist through CanScribe college and has now found her inspiration and home with the Titan Team.

When not at the clinic, Kirsty enjoys paddle boarding, traveling and the occasional gaming (with cup of tea in hand!).

Kirsty loves to help energize people’s moods and also enjoys thinking up ways to make people smile and laugh, so if you’re ever in the area, stop on by and say hello.

Cato, Border Collie

Say hi to Cato, the beautiful boy that most people think is a girl. Believe it our not he is a purebred Border Collie (he takes after his momma). He is at the clinic every day and will be happy to play with you. Probably really happy to play with you.

THERAPY DOG IN TRAINING

Lotus, Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever

Say hello to Lotus, best friend of Mark LeGear, and frequent visitor of the clinic. Lotus is just over 4-years old and has begun unofficial therapy dog training. Lotus loves hiking, swimming, and most of all fetching any kind of stick. As noted, Lotus makes regular visits to the clinic so keep your eyes out!
