Active rehabilitation, education and empowerment to help you reach your potential.

Our services

Physical Therapy

It all begins with movement.

Whatever your individual needs may be (whether it be a recent surgery, sports injury, a work place injury, or something else entirely), our team will help you develop the skills, provide the education and build your confidence to move again. Our active-based approach to physical therapy is effective and long-lasting compared to more passive treatment approaches.

Passive modalities, such as ultrasound or intramuscular stimulation (IMS), are used as adjuncts to our functional treatment approach - if our treatment isn’t improving your function, we aren’t doing it right!

Remember: everything worthwhile requires work and your rehabilitation is no different!

Physiotherapists are Primary Care Providers

Physiotherapists are self-regulated, primary healthcare professionals. This means you have direct access without a doctor’s referral; however, some insurers do require a referral to correctly process your claim. If you are unsure, please reach out.

Titan Project Physiotherapy provides rehabilitative services for all major providers, including (but not limited to):

  • WorkSafe BC*

  • ICBC

  • Extended Health (including, but not limited to Pacific Blue Cross, Green Shield, Manulife, Canada Life, Desjardins, and Sun Life)

  • Veteran’s Affairs

  • RCMP

  • Medical Services Plan (MSP)

*If you have a claim with WorkSafe outside of British Columbia we can still offer our services (every province is a little different but we will make the necessary arrangements to ensure you are well cared for)

Where possible, we offer Direct Billing**. We are currently able to offer direct billing for the following providers:

  • TELUS eHealth (includes Manulife, Canada Life, Desjardins, Sun Life, Manion and many others)

  • Pacific Blue Cross / Medavie (Veteran’s Affairs, RCMP)

  • Green Shield / Empire Life / SSQ

  • MSP

If you have any questions feel free to call or email for more info.

Please bring your health provider information to your appointment.

**Details of coverage depend on the individual insurer. We are unable to access the details of your individual plan so if you are unsure of your coverage for physiotherapy, please look into this in advance! To note: the majority of insurers only pay for a percentage of treatment provided (see our rates below).

Health Improvement

Our treatment team recognizes the holistic nature of “health” and strives to support individuals in every sense of the word, including mental, spiritual, and financial health. As practicing physiotherapists, our scope in fields outside of physical rehabilitation is limited and the resources are not prescriptive but provided to encourage individual exploration.

Registered Massage Therapy

While massage therapy can be relaxing and help you “feel good,” our goal is to help you move better. Functional movement comes easier when our tissue moves better. Explore a functional approach to massage therapy today.

No great thing is created suddenly, any more than a bunch of grapes or a fig. If you tell me that you desire a fig, I answer that there must be time. Let it first blossom, then bear fruit, then ripen.
