Our Approach to Physiotherapy:
Active Rehabilitation—We recognize that the human body is built to move and that restoration of function must involve movement at most stages of recovery. Passive treatment should only be used to support active rehabilitation.
Education—We not only want you to understand your injury, we want you to understand what you are doing and why you are doing it. We want you to become an expert in your own recovery.
Empowerment—We want you to recognize the critical role that you play in your recovery. Our goal is to provide you with the knowledge and skills to independently manage without the need for ongoing “maintenance” sessions.
Get started with Titan Project today.
